Rafael Nadal and Xisca Perelló are in Turkey on holiday and suffered an accident on July 4 with their yacht, after crashing into the rocks on the coast in the town of Göcek.
The scare suffered by the world’s number two tennis player and his family required two hours of work to remove the boat from the scene of the accident.
According to local media, Rafa and Xisca were travelling on the boat “White” and the collision occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Fortunately, none of those present were injured and the damage to the 34-year-old athlete ‘s boat appears to have been superficial.
