Football fans were saying the same thing about Lionel Messi’s dog after a video of the Argentine playing with his family surfaced.
The star of Paris Saint-Germain has returned to Spain after taking some time off.
Argentina advanced to the Copa America semi-finals earlier this month, but the hosts Brazil defeated them.
However, the 36-year-old is gearing up for his 16th season at the Nou Camp.
And the forward enjoys honing his skills with his sons Thiago and Mateo, as well as Ciro.
Messi and his boys are always accompanied by their dog, Hulk, a massive French mastiff.
However, the film shows the canine companion struggling against the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.
The Barcelona captain is shown in the video playing Rondo with Thiago and Mateo.
They must quickly move the ball around the man—or dog—in the center.
Messi’s wife, Antonela Roccuzzo, stands nearby with their one-year-old son, Ciro.
And the game begins fast, with Hulk dashing about the lawn in pursuit of the ball.
After the dog runs forward, Mateo delivers the ball to his father.
But the massive beast comes to a halt as soon as the ball reaches Messi’s feet.
He takes a cautious step closer, but the 32-year-old quickly moves the ball around the dog to find his second son.
This video was uploaded on Twitter earlier this week and has been viewed over 100,000 times.
And the French mastiff’s fans all said the same thing.
“The dog rushes at the boys, but when it’s Messi, he hesitates,” one fan explained.
“I love how the dog doesn’t run when Messi has the ball,” said another.
Another remarked, “Even Hulk if afraid to tackle Messi.”
