Enjoy Jude Bellingham’s most recent selection of sportswear as he supports the current campaign from Adidas Originals.
In a new campaign honoring the brand’s legends, Adidas Originals features an A-list of celebrities, including Jenna Ortega, Jude Bellingham, and Stormzy.
Is there anyone more uniquely themselves than Stormzy? Maybe Jude Bellingham or Jenna Ortega, who portrays Jenna on Wednesdays? An A-list of well-known figures was recruited by Adidas to appear in the new Originals advertising campaign as a way of paying tribute to those who helped propel the brand into the public eye. Zinedine Zidane, David Beckham, and Jennie Kim are also included on this list. As they participate in the campaign as adidas Original trailblazers and share their perspectives, they talk about what it means to them to be Originals in their respective industries.
“Originality is opening up your mind and getting all your thoughts out in the open and asking yourself, who am I?,” says Stormzy, an enthusiastic Adidas fan. That sums up who I am; I’m a real person. Jude Bellingham also discusses what it’s like to play football for the Originals and remarks that “I think everyone has a limit, I play the game how I wanna play the game.” He also notes that “football at times can be a bit of a lonely life.” As Jenna so eloquently puts it, “being an original is to be brave enough to express yourself.” This sums up what makes an individual unique.
Highlighted by three films directed by three innovative pioneers and a collection of still images arranged in triptychs, each featuring three enduringly iconic “characters” from the storied Three Stripes archive: Superstar, Gazelle, and Samba, the brand’s heroes.
The legends surrounding the Trefoil (the three stripes!) are intricately linked to the ways in which these legendary looks, which originated in athletics, have repeatedly been adopted, reinterpreted, and assimilated into culture. Every photo series and movie centers on a different silhouette.
