This $700K Carbon Fiber Porsche 911 Is Blowing Minds

Only 13 ever made, this one’s for sale in California.

The body is made entirely out of carbon fiber and it looks awesome.

But is it worth the staggering asking price?

It is certainly rare.

Tuning studio TopCar made just 13 of these and each one took weeks to complete.

The thing is, what you see here isn’t some elaborate wrap design, it’s real carbon fiber weave.

In addition to that, TopCar also gave it a custom Akrapovic exhaust system.

The exhaust system alone is worth $8,000.

And they didn’t stop there.

The company also completely revamped the interior with $50,000 worth of mods.

TopCar used top-notch leather and, as you can imagine, even more carbon fiber.

It has done only 100 miles and is currently for sale in Laguna Beach, California.

It is available from DuPont Registry for $700,000.

Actually, it’s $699,000 to be exact.

You can buy a brand-new Porsche 911 Turbo S for about $190,000.

So the real question is: are these carbon mods worth the extra $500k?

About the Porsche 911 Turbo S

The ‘Turbo’ namesake was first used by Porsche in the 1970s, with the iconic 911 930.

Nearly thirty years later, in 2001, the 996 became the first water-cooled sportscar from the 911 line-up to wear the coveted badge.

Porsche has made at least one ‘Turbo’ version for every 911 model ever since.

The current-gen 911, dubbed ‘992’, is available as a Turbo or a Turbo S.

The ‘standard’ Turbo variant delivers 573 horsepower.

Meanwhile the Turbo S, the model you see here, delivers a whopping 640 hp.
